S: Blue, brown, gray/purple and gray/blue were on the far back perch with sayyida.
Black was on the food platform and purple, oragne, green, white, grey, red and gray/green
were still on the baby platform.

Black had a piece of food hanging from mouth, a long piece of skin was caught on
some casting material in the stomach, was not able to pull out so we cut the skin
and he was able to swallow the small piece.

S: Fell backwards off perch for catch. Went and joined other babies in corner of nest platform when moved to R1.

O: Follow up exam. Keel has shallow divet in it. L hip tight, appears slightly abnormal on initial rads and feels like has callous over dorsal pelvis near femoral head. Normal ROM other than stiffness, normal use of leg and foot when walking. Mouth very pale. Drew blood and found low PCV so gave vit B/Iron shots. Banded L black and moved to R1 with other babies.
Iron Dextran: 0.04 cc (100 mg/ml inj) IM
Vitamin B Complex: 0.01 cc (100 mg/ml) IM

A: Looks like may have had a mild keel fx and pelvic fx on intake, possibly the reason bird didn't climp back up to join parent. If was fx, seems to have healed well. Anemic but otherwise healthy enough to go outside to be with foster and siblings.

P: SF through feeding tube. Weigh in 2d when rest of babies are due. Recheck blood in 1 week, give more Vit B/Iron if needed
